We offer bespoke training programs in Iron Shirt Chi Kung & Wing Chun Dynamics kung-fu. These are held in the full-time training studio and are predominantly on a private ( 1to 1) basis, but also small groups.

Both training methods ultimately lead to the same results - the chi-kung more of a mental and internal health journey whereas the kung-fu is more of an external/self-defence based path.
