🎭 Walsall Operatic Society
Inspired by true events, this uplifting musical follows the women of Ford’s Dagenham factory whose fight for fair pay helped make history. Expect plenty of humour, heart and a cracking musical score. The Garrick confirms Walsall Operatic Society’s production runs from 29 September to 3 October.

🎭 CLOC Musical Theatre Company
The remarkable true story of 7,000 stranded air passengers and the small Newfoundland community that welcomed them following the events of 9/11. Funny, moving and ultimately uplifting, this is one I’ve been particularly looking forward to seeing locally. Your Show Calendar already has CLOC firmly in the diary.

Queen’s legendary music meets a dystopian musical adventure as Galileo and Scaramouche join the Bohemians in their battle to bring rock ‘n’ roll back to the world. Brownhills Musical Theatre Company confirms this is its October production at Walsall Arena.

Agatha Christie comes to Highbury with a classic mystery of love, jealousy, secrets and murder aboard a Nile paddle steamer. It’s Highbury Players’ thriller for the autumn season and runs for almost two weeks.

Tamworth saves its big panto until just before Christmas. Dick and his Cat set off in search of fame and fortune, encountering King Rat along the way in a production co-produced with Tamworth Assembly Rooms.

From the factory floor of Made in Dagenham to Newfoundland in Come From Away, the gothic world of Dracula and finally a December filled with beanstalks, wicked queens, glass slippers and panto villains, there’s an extraordinary variety of theatre on our doorstep this autumn and winter.
